Looking for a long term contract? Wanting Outside IR35 work? We currently have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Sprayers either from body shop or Accident repair background or similar to join a contract with an expected duration of 2 years, the role will be working in Bristol on Trains.
Working in a train depot you will be required to prep & paint the exterior/interior of carriages and carry out smart repairs to surfaces. This role has an attractive rate of £23.00 Per Hour Ltd OUTSIDE IR35, and will be conducted Monday to Friday on Day shift with occasional afternoons at £24.00 ph (1 week in 4, 1430 – 0100) totaling a 50 hour week.
Job Details:
- Preparation work: Perform high-quality prep work on Carriage paintwork to remove surface defects ready for Paint application
- Smart paint repair: Apply touch ups to paint work in and around the area of work to a quality standard using spraying techniques
Job Experience:
- Experience of working in a vehicle Paint or Smart repair or similar environment e.g. Automotive, Aerospace, Rail or other vehicles
- Rolling Stock experience is an advantage
- A working knowledge of H&S responsibilities
You must also be able to pass a Medical, Drug & Alcohol screening.
