TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Electrician to work for one of the UKs largest and leading FM companies supporting them on a contract in Birmingham.
- The salary is £36,630/pa
- Monday – Friday working 40-hour week
- Door-to-door pay - earn from the moment you leave home
- Call out 1-in 4 (Monday to Friday, only for emergencies)
- Overtime @ 1.5x after 40 hours
You’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated site.
The work will be PPM and Building Services focused. The tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general plumbing and fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.
