The Role
We're recruiting for a senior leadership opportunity within a growing manufacturing business undergoing significant transformation and expansion.

The Role Reporting directly to the Site Manager and sitting on the Site Leadership Team, you'll take ownership of end-to-end planning and logistics activities across two key operational streams:
OEM Production
Aftermarket Repairs
You'll lead and drive performance across:
Production & Materials Planning
Stores Operations
Global Logistics & Distribution
Shipping, Dispatch & Trade Compliance
Standardisation & Transformation Initiatives
The site ships approximately 80,000 parts every month to customers worldwide.
Team Leadership You'll lead teams of around 80 employees , including:
Shipping Team (~40)
Stores Team (~40)
