We’re working with a leading engineering organisation to recruit an experienced Paint Sprayer / Coatings Technician to support a range of high-value aerospace and industrial programmes.

The Role

This is a hands-on position where you’ll be delivering high-quality coatings to engineering specifications, while also supporting assembly activities across production. You’ll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on precision, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply coatings to detailed engineering specs (spray, roller & brush)
  • Support assembly work across multiple programmes
  • Use hand tools, jigs, fixtures, and measuring equipment
  • Ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards
  • Work closely with engineering teams to solve production challenges

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a paint sprayer in manufacturing/production
  • Ability to deliver high-quality spray, roller, and brush finishes
  • Familiarity with Defence Standard paint finishes (highly desirable)
  • Experience within a medium-volume production environment
  • Strong IT skills and ability to use production systems
  • High attention to detail with a methodical, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
