TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facilities Location North London Salary 50,000 - 65,000/yr.
Schedule - Monday to Friday 40 hours Working hours 8am to 4pm (Door to Door pay) On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call.
Extra Overtime available and training in commercial gas or electrics if wanted Your duties will be yet not limited to Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems, including air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration units Diagnose faults and perform reactive repairs on HVAC equipment at various client sites Install, commission, and test HVAC systems in line with manufacturer guidelines and regulations Service equipment such as AHUs, VRV/VRF systems, split systems, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, and fan coil units Ensure all work complies with health emergency callouts and breakdowns in a timely manner Manage van ...
