TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer (AC Bias) to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.
- Schedule βMonday to Friday45 hours
- Workinghours 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay).
- On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. This is for emergencies only.
- Salary βΒ£41,210/Yr.
- Location Leeds, Huddersfield, Skipton and Burnley area.
- Extra Overtime available.
Your duties will be yet not limited to
- PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
- Rectifying faults in plant rooms
- Splits, VRF and more.
- You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.

- Full UK License 6 points max.
- F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
