TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer (AC Bias) to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.
The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.
  • Schedule -Monday to Friday45 hours
  • Workinghours 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay).
  • On Call 1 in 4 weeks on call. This is for emergencies only.
  • Salary -£41,210/Yr.
  • Location Leeds, Huddersfield, Skipton and Burnley area.
  • Extra Overtime available.
Your duties will be yet not limited to
  • PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnostics and fault finding
  • Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
  • Rectifying faults in plant rooms
  • Splits, VRF and more.
  • You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.
Requirements
  • Full UK License 6 points max.
  • F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
