Air Conditioning Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 45 hours

Working hours: 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)

On Call: 1 in 4 weeks on call. This is for emergencies only.

Salary: £41,210/Yr.

Location: Liverpool

Extra: Overtime available. Anything over 45 hours is x1.5

Your Duties

• PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Repairs to cooling units and AHU\’s
• Rectifying faults in plant rooms
• Splits, VRF and more.
• You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility.

Requirements

• Full UK License – 6 points max.
• F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
