TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts. The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 45 hours
- Working hours: 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay) + 1-in-4 Saturday Shift
- On Call: 1 in 4 weeks on call – This is for emergencies only
- Salary: £41,209/Yr
- Location: Bournemouth and Surrounding
- Extra: Overtime available
Your duties as an Air Conditioning Engineer will be yet not limited to:
- PPMs on commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnostics and fault finding
- Repairs to cooling units and AHUs
- Rectifying faults in plant rooms
- Splits, VRF and more
- You will also be asked to support with minor fabric work within the facility
Requirements:
- Full UK License – 6 points max
- F-Gas Cat 1 Qualified
