TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Static Maintenance Engineer to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies, supporting them on a commercial contract based in a retail furniture store.

This position is Temp - Perm (12 weeks).

Location: Wembley

Salary: £40,290/Yr. // £19.37/Hr.

Rota: Monday to Friday with 2 weekends a month

Hours: 7am to 4pm

Call out: Static call out 1 in 4 weeks

As a Maintenance Engineer you'll be working within your own dedicated sites as the clients first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.

If you are Mechanically / AC Biased, tasks could include repairs to cooling units and AHUs, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work including minor repairs.

If you are Electrical Biased, tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance. You will also be asked to support with general fabric work including minor repairs.
