TXM Recruit are currently looking for Electricians to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company. The role will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8-4 or 9-5, with lots of overtime available. Must work weekends on a shift rota (roughly 1 in 4 but will vary). This role requires flexibility during the busy season (May to October) regarding hours and days worked. Salary: £42,000 - £44,000 (Overtime after 40 hours is at time and a half).

Key Responsibilities:- General property maintenance & installation work.
- Carry out testing, inspection & certification of distribution boards and fixed wiring installations.
- Electrical installations on 3 phase & single-phase equipment & to modify both as required.
- Knowledge & installation of LED lighting.
- Carry out repairs and corrective works of internal & external wiring systems.
- Knowledge of leading & trailing edge dimming systems.
- Maintenance & installation of emergency lighting.
- Wiring fault diagnostics.
- Knowledge of plant room electrical services, including motors, pumps, FCU etc.
- Be able to follow site plans & schematic drawings.
- Oversee and control specialist contractors.
- Liaise regularly with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure an efficient and effective service is always delivered to the client.
- Seasonal shift & on-call rota.
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures, particularly to health & safety.
- Any other duties as and when required.

- Have recognised C&G, NVQ qualifications.
- BS7671 18th Edition City & Guilds qualification.
- C&G 2391 Inspection, Testing and Certification of Electrical Installations or C&G 2394 Initial Verification and C&G 2395 Periodic Inspection and Testing Existing Installations or equivalent.
- Experience on motors & star delta.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Significant proven experience.
- Highly conscientious, reliable, and punctual.
- Strong time management, organisation, and planning skills.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to use their initiative.
- Highly flexible and adaptable – ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends and be on call.
- Can work under pressure with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
