We are currently recruiting three experienced CNC Machinists to support growing operations in Wolverhampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work on New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, machining high-precision components used in advanced engineering systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate a range of CNC machines (Mill/Turn, Multi-Axis).
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to support NPI and continuous improvement activities.
- Perform first-off inspections and ensure all relevant quality documentation is completed.
- Work to tight tolerances in a high-spec, quality-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Recognised engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience (Okuma, Mazak, DMG, Matsura, Puma, etc.).
- Solid engineering or manufacturing background — aerospace experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of machining techniques, tooling, and inspection methods.
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and precision.
Hours & Shift Pattern:
37 hours per week
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am – 4:15 pm
Friday: 7:30 am – 11:30 am
