About You!
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant with experience in engineering recruitment to join our team.
You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes
What You’ll do!
- Own the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top engineering talent.
- Win and manage new clients using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching.
- Source and place exceptional engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, and other technical discipline.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
- Ensure a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
