Their customers are well known technology innovators who rely on recruitment solutions to help deliver their IT projects, people strategies and new product developments.

To be successful in this role, you’ll be focused on learning the foundations of recruitment delivery while gradually developing the skills needed for a full 360 role. As you grow, you’ll start contributing directly to your customers’ hiring success and building confidence in your own capability.
Responsibilities:- Recruitment delivery & account support: Support the end-to-end recruitment process for our customers, ensuring a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Help manage active roles, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain clear communication throughout.
- Building candidate talent pools: Source, engage, and qualify candidates across high-demand IT disciplines including software engineering, data, cloud, AI and digital transformation. Develop strong candidate relationships to understand skills, motivations, and career goals.
- Learning client relationship foundations: Begin building professional relationships with existing client contacts through consistent delivery, reliability, and clear communication. Observe and support senior team members in client meetings to understand how we consult and add value.
- Supporting sales and growth activity: Contribute to team sales efforts by sharing market insights, identifying potential opportunities, and supporting outreach activity as you progress. Learn the fundamentals of business development with a view to growing into a full 360 consultant.
- Showcasing recruitment solutions: Support the preparation of candidate submissions, role briefs, and basic delivery-focused documentation that highlights the value of our services. Over time, assist in presenting recruitment solutions alongside senior consultants.
