We're looking for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a career at the intersection of technology, business and people. At Sustain Talent Consulting, we work with organisations across the UK and Europe on some seriously interesting technology programmes — covering Software Engineering, Data, AI, Cloud and Digital Transformation.
Your role will be to connect exceptional technology professionals with organisations that need their skills. You'll learn how to:
- Build relationships with highly skilled technology professionals
- Understand emerging technologies and the businesses using them
- Identify and develop new client opportunities
- Solve complex recruitment challenges
- Build your own network and reputation
- Develop commercial, negotiation and influencing skills
- Use data, AI and modern recruitment technology to work smarter
You don't need a Computer Science degree. You don't need recruitment experience. What you do need is ambition, excellent communication skills, curiosity, resilience and a genuine interest in technology, business, or both.
In return, you'll get structured development, experienced people around you, exposure to some exceptional technology clients and a clear path to progress from Graduate Consultant → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Leadership. This isn't a graduate scheme where you're one of hundreds. You'll have the opportunity to build something of your own.
If you're ambitious, curious and want to build a career where technology, business and people come together, we'd like to hear from you.
