About the Role
TXM Group is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Group Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner directly with leaders across the business, providing practical legal advice, supporting strategic growth projects, and strengthening our governance and compliance frameworks.

What you’ll be doing
- Reviewing, drafting, and advising on a broad portfolio of commercial contracts.
- Acting as the first point of contact for legal queries—resolving issues proactively and escalating where appropriate.

- Identifying legal risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies in collaboration with the legal team.

- Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with strong commercial and business awareness.
