We’re looking for 4 exceptional graduates who are curious, proactive and eager to learn, with the confidence to take ownership, ask questions and contribute in fast‑paced environments. Based in either our London or Derby office, you’ll work alongside experienced consultants and senior leaders from day one, gaining exposure to real projects, clients and business challenges. Joining our 18‑month Graduate Programme means becoming part of a supportive cohort where learning, development and collaboration are built into the experience from the start. Through structured training, mentoring, regular check‑ins and hands‑on project experience, you’ll develop the core consulting, communication and professional skills needed to succeed in your future career.
Key Responsibilities
- Whether you’re graduating this year or have up to 2 years professional experience, you’ll join as either a Graduate Management Consultant or Graduate Engineering Consultant.
- Management Consulting Pathway
- Support client projects across bid strategy, business planning, and investment advisory activities.
- Supporting project planning, delivery and reporting activities.
- Assisting project managers in various aspects of project management, including planning, implementation and monitoring.
- Conducting research, analysis and insight generation for client projects.
- Engineering Consulting Pathway
- Develop your technical and engineering consultancy skills while supporting engineering projects, optimisation studies and client‑focused technical solutions.
- Supporting engineering project planning, reporting and delivery activities.
- Conducting maintenance optimisation and technical analysis studies.
- Assisting with product design, testing and improvement activities.
