As we continue to expand, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated product designer who is passionate about the power of good design. About the Role We are looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the design directors to create high-quality design materials. You will be responsible for generating original, exciting, and commercially viable industrial designs for a range of prestigious clients. Your expertise in 3D design software, specifically Rhino or SolidWorks, will be essential in shaping our projects from concept to completion. This position involves research, concept generation, visualisation, and CAD modelling, as well as presenting your work to both our internal team and clients. You will need to have: 3-5 years of experience in the aviation industry. A background in a fast-paced creative agency environment. Proven ability to consistently deliver high-quality work. A bold portfolio showcasing innovative and creative design projects. A collaborative nature and the ability to work seamlessly with other creative disciplines. A proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning and growth. Strong sketching skills and an eye for detail. Proficiency in 3D design software (SolidWorks or Rhino). Advanced skills in the Adobe Creative Suite. A strong portfolio that reflects your design capabilities. A commitment to exceeding expectations and targets. Confidence in presenting your work to clients and colleagues.
