The predicted salary is between 33865 - 41391 Β£ per year.

School term-times, plus INSET days and 1 week in the school holidays.

Grade: Grade 8

Salary range (per annum): Support staff salary points 12 - 20

A Rare Opportunity to Lead and Shape Administration Across Two Exceptional Schools. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to our current postholder moving into a new role within the Twynham TGS federation - a testament to the professional growth and development we champion. As a result, we are seeking a Senior Administration Officer to step into this pivotal position and help lead our thriving, talented and highly valued administration and support staff teams across Twynham School and The Grange School.

What you will lead:

  • Lead and coordinate administration across Twynham School and The Grange School, ensuring exceptional front-of-house services, consistent systems and processes, and high-quality support for senior leaders.
  • Play a central part in delivering major school events, supporting trip coordination, overseeing communications and marketing, and mentoring colleagues within our thriving admin and support staff teams.
  • Help shape a professional, welcoming and highly effective administrative environment that underpins the success of our entire federation.
