Overview
Twyn is an AI-driven, industry-altering dating app that builds a digital “Twyn” for each user through open-ended chatbot conversations. By capturing communication style, personality, and values, Twyn creates an authentic digital reflection of each person.
Location: Remote (UK & Europe time zones preferred)
Compensation: Equity-first (2–4% depending on scope and experience), with a path to salary once funding is secured. This is a founding-level role with a clear path to CTO after funding and key milestones.

What You’ll Do
- Build and ship the MVP for Beta testing (~3 months), expanding on the existing prototype.
- Design, implement, and validate ML models for emotionally intelligent matching (recommendation systems, NLP, clustering, ranking), ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
- Develop the first mobile app (iOS/Android), integrating AI into the user experience — via native, cross-platform, or smart no-/low-code foundations.
- Create conversational AI/chatbot features that power open-ended, personality-driven interactions.
- Define the technical architecture & stack in partnership with the founder, making scalability a first-class principle.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with machine learning: recommendation engines, clustering, NLP, conversational AI.
- Strong background in app development (iOS/Android, React Native, Flutter, or equivalent), with the ability to move quickly from concept to deployment.
- Comfort working with (and beyond) no-/low-code tools, choosing the right approach for speed and scalability.
- A true builder’s mindset: focus on delivery and iteration now; deep optimization can come later.
- Entrepreneurial drive and passion for solving complex, messy problems with elegant solutions.
Bonus: experience in chatbots, AI twin building, or personalized matching systems.
