Maths Teacher - To start in September 2026 in Ealing

Interview date: TBC – Week commencing 20th April 2026. Closing date: Midnight, Monday 13th April 2026. This role is suitable for ECTs and those currently training to teach. We offer salaries on the Inner London pay scale.

Ealing Fields is a small, academically ambitious school where every student is known by name. We are looking for a Maths teacher who shares our belief that every student, regardless of background or starting point, can succeed in and enjoy mathematics. The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• A good degree and Qualified Teacher Status (or expect to gain QTS by September 2026)
• The ability to teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4
• A secure understanding of effective maths pedagogy, including the use of the five big ideas in teaching for mastery
• The ability to use assessment purposefully to inform planning and drive progress
• A reflective approach to their own practice and a genuine commitment to improving
• A commitment to the ethos, values and wider mission of the school
