We are looking for an Art & Graphics Teacher to join Twyford Church of England High School, an Ofsted outstanding school offering outstanding opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities
- Generate a learning environment that encourages student expression while meeting national curriculum objectives.
- Deliver instruction in Art, Graphics Communication and related media for KS4/KS5.
- Introduce and support students in preparing for GCSE and A‑Level examinations.
- Record and report student learning in accordance with assessment requirements.
- Maintain reflective practice and pursue professional development.
- Engage students across ability ranges to raise achievement.
Qualifications
- A good degree and Qualified Teacher Status.
- Ability to teach Art, Graphics Communication to KS4/KS5.
- Confident digital skills within Adobe programmes.
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum and Assessment Objectives.
- Understanding of recent curriculum and learning developments.
- Understanding of strategies to motivate and enthuse all students across the ability range as part of a whole school approach to raising achievement.
- Understanding of the processes and techniques required to assess, record and report students’ learning effectively.
- Ability to be reflective and driven towards self‑improvement.
- Energy, enthusiasm and passion for the Arts.
- Commitment to the ethos of the school.
