We are working with a well‑established and expanding rural estate in North Yorkshire, recognised for its high‑quality country sports and outdoor leisure offering.

At the heart of the estate is a respected clay shooting operation, supported by hospitality, retail and customer experiences. As the estate looks to broaden its offer and develop a more resilient, year‑round business, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead existing operations and play a key role in future growth.

The role

This is a senior, hands‑on position with responsibility for both day‑to‑day performance and longer‑term development. The Commercial Manager will:

  • Lead the day‑to‑day operation of a premium country sports and outdoor leisure business, ensuring a consistently high‑quality customer experience
  • Oversee the clay shooting operation as a core part of the offer, working closely with experienced instructors and operational teams
  • Lead, motivate and develop a multi‑disciplinary team across operations, hospitality, retail and front‑of‑house service
  • Take ownership of commercial performance, including budgets, pricing, margins and overall P&L delivery
