Are you a passionate Food/Retail Development Coach or Training Manager with a strong track record in coaching in-store teams and elevating customer service standards? TWX is proud to be partnering with a long-standing and respected client in the search for an experienced Retail Development Coach. The Role:
As a Retail Development Coach, you’ll lead the rollout of an Operational Excellence Program across a network of stores in South London and the Southeast. Your focus will be on improving:
- Customer service
- Brand standards
- Store compliance
- Food safety
You’ll coach store teams to deliver a consistent, superior customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven background in FMCG (preferably within the convenience retail sector)
- Experience managing multiple store locations
- Strong coaching and influencing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Competency with Microsoft Office applications
- A full, clean driving licence
- Level 3 Food Safety Certification (advantageous but not essential)
