From launching new food-to-go products to trialling innovative concepts that reduce waste and improve efficiency — this is a role where variety, pace, and creativity go hand in hand.

We’re looking for a Development Technologist to join the team at our Development Centre just outside Bristol. You’ll be hands-on in bringing new concepts to life, working closely with internal teams and external partners to shape the future of food products.

You’ll support everything from early-stage trials and product labelling through to production launches, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement at every step. It’s collaborative, fast-moving, and full of opportunities to make your mark.

You’ll need:

  • A background in Food Science, Technology, or NPD/process within FMCG
  • Experience of working with or in food manufacturing sites
  • Knowledge of UK food legislation, labelling and HACCP
  • A curious mind, a can-do attitude and a love for food innovation
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • A full driving licence (some travel to UK/Ireland sites required)
