A well-established engineering business is looking for an experienced Aftermarket Service Manager to lead a busy service and projects team supporting industrial customers across the UK and overseas.

The Role

  • Manage and coordinate site service activities, maintenance projects and retrofit works
  • Lead and support a team of site-based engineers and technicians
  • Carry out technical support, quotations, site surveys and project planning
  • Act as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers and engineering teams
  • Oversee RAMS, scheduling and delivery of engineering projects
  • This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally, including offshore locations when required

What We’re Looking For

  • Engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Previous experience in a service management or engineering project role
  • Strong understanding of industrial installation, maintenance or process environments
  • Experience working within sectors such as power generation, oil
