Are you a passionate Food/Retail Development Coach or Training Manager with a strong track record in coaching in-store teams and elevating customer service standards? TWX is proud to be partnering with a long-standing and respected client in the search for an experienced Retail Development Coach. The Role: As a Retail Development Coach, you’ll lead the rollout of an Operational Excellence Program across a network of stores in South London and the Southeast. Your focus will be on improving: * Customer service * Brand standards * Store compliance * Food safety You’ll coach store teams to deliver a consistent, superior customer experience. What We’re Looking For: * Proven background in FMCG (preferably within the convenience retail sector) * Experience managing multiple store locations * Strong coaching and influencing skills * Excellent communication and negotiation abilities * Competency with Microsoft Office applications * A full, clean driving licence * Level 3 Food Safety Certification (advantageous but not essential) This isn’t a sales role — it’s for someone who truly wants to make a difference through coaching and supporting retail teams to thrive.
