We’re looking for a Junior Foodservice Category Manager to support a busy UK food-to-go and beverage category. You’ll turn data into useful insight, help shape commercial decisions and take ownership of projects that genuinely improve performance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Analysing sales and KPI performance
  • Spotting trends, gaps and commercial opportunities
  • Reviewing promotions and category performance
  • Supporting new products, pricing and promotional activity
  • Owning improvement projects from start to finish
  • Working with suppliers and teams across Marketing, Loyalty, Sales and Operations
  • Keeping an eye on competitors and the wider UK retail market

What we’re looking for

  • Experience or knowledge of food-to-go and/or beverages
  • Experience working with retailer or customer data
  • Strong Excel skills
  • A good analytical eye and attention to detail
  • Confidence communicating your findings
  • The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • An interest in using technology and AI to improve the way things are done
