A well-established engineering business is looking for an experienced Aftermarket Service Manager to lead a busy service and projects team supporting industrial customers across the UK and overseas.
The Role
- Manage and coordinate site service activities, maintenance projects and retrofit works
- Lead and support a team of site-based engineers and technicians
- Carry out technical support, quotations, site surveys and project planning
- Act as the key point of contact for customers, suppliers and engineering teams
- Oversee RAMS, scheduling and delivery of engineering projects
- This is primarily an office-based role with occasional travel to customer sites across the UK and internationally, including offshore locations when required
What We’re Looking For
- Engineering qualification (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
- Previous experience in a service management or engineering project role
- Strong understanding of industrial installation, maintenance or process environments
- Experience working within sectors such as power generation, oil & gas, heavy engineering or similar
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Knowledge of site safety procedures and project coordination
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and travel offshore as part of the role is essential
