TWR Performance is an automotive design, engineering, and manufacturing organisation specialising in the production of high-end sports cars with the perfect balance of performance, style, functionality, and quality. Based in our purpose-built facility in Newbury, Berkshire, we are a small enthusiastic team who continually challenge the status quo with a vision to bring the emotion back to driving. As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Production Engineer to join the team.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Management of production schedule and coordination of vehicle build team
- Liaising with key suppliers to further engineering development and manage timelines
- Assist with design and engineering for refinement of the product
- Working with the vehicle build team to put in place and maintain efficient workflow processes
Weβre looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. An applicant should have good knowledge of performance orientated vehicles and their components as well as design and engineering experience within the automotive or motorsport sector. Knowledge of CAD software and manufacturing processes will be essential for any applicant to be able to efficiently carry out their tasks, as will good people and time management skills. You should pride yourself on your attention to detail, have good communication skills, and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
