We are actively recruiting a proactive Accounts Trainee who is passionate about making a difference to join our friendly and supportive working environment. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced accounting professionals to learn the required procedures needed for a career in accounting with full training leading to a professional qualification and development opportunities to enhance your career.
TWP has a varied client base giving candidates the opportunity to get involved with a variety of work and development opportunities. This would be the perfect role for an A-level leaver or graduate with entry level accounting knowledge experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
General Duties and Responsibilities:- Assisting with financial and management accounts preparation for limited companies.
- Assisting with business tax returns.
- Assisting with managing client expectations and deadlines.
- Exposure to and some processing of client records accurately using Xero, QuickBooks and other accountancy software.
- Exposure to VAT returns and management accounts.
- Assisting with general administrative duties including filing and supporting the team to meet deadlines as required.
- Essential: A Levels β A to C results in at least 3 A Levels.
- Maths GCSE β 9 to 7 pass minimum.
The successful candidate will have a varied role within the team and be provided with full training leading to a professional qualification. Competitive salary and package available.
