About us
We're a fun, sociable and talented team. Work / life balance is key, and a strong ethos of our agency. When we're in the office, we sit down together for a team lunch twice a week (on the company!) and just have a good time together. We're a really collaborative bunch, and love solving problems together as a team. If someone needs help, or wants to chat through something to help solve a problem, everyone is open. We work with brands that share our company values, and this means we work with some pretty cool clients. It's fast paced, fun and there is always something new to learn. We're always finding ways to push forward.
About you
We're looking for a passionate team player, looking to get stuck in across our wide range of creative design work. We push boundaries to keep our clients one step ahead, working together to deliver incredible websites we're really proud of.
The Role
We’re looking for a top-notch Web Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who’s looking to deepen their skills working with a wide range of clients, bring fresh ideas, and collaborate with a team that values creativity and innovation. You’ll work closely with our designers, developers, and strategists to craft engaging, user-centric digital experiences that align with client goals. We're looking for someone who wants to give the wow factor every time with designs that push boundaries and stand out. This role is London based, with 2 days a week in our Central London office, and 3 remote. We do not have the facility to offer Visas, so if you do not live in the UK (or are not planning to relocate) and/or if you don't have the legal right to work in the UK, please do not apply as your application will be automatically rejected.
Key Responsibilities
- UX Research & Analysis: All our projects start with an in-depth Discovery & Strategy phase to get a deep understanding of the brand, client’s needs and work together with the project team to set objectives and principals.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes and prototypes that capture user journeys, ensuring functionality aligns with project objectives.
- UI Design: Confident in mobile first design to create visually compelling UI designs that prioritise usability and align with brand identity and push forward with design trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including developers and project managers, to bring designs to life. It’s all about teamwork at twotwentysven.
- User Testing and design reviews: Participate in testing phases to review the finished product and improve user experience.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our work remains cutting-edge and competitive.
Who You Are
- Experience: We're looking for someone with experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your process and projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, and component based design.
- Creative & Analytical: You’re as comfortable being creative as using data and client insights to make informed design decisions, and not afraid to question!
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and attention to detail in all aspects of design.
- Collaborative Mindset: Eager to work as part of a team, receiving feedback constructively and contributing ideas.
- User-Centric: Passionate and strategic about creating digital experiences that solve user needs and provide intuitive, enjoyable interactions.
