Sage 50, Shopify, and multiple online marketplaces. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to support our finance operations in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts administration using Sage 50
• Processing trade, drop-ship, and marketplace transactions
• Bank, payment gateway, and marketplace reconciliations
• Reconciling between Shopify, Sage 50, and marketplace platforms
• Supporting VAT and multi-currency transactions

Essential Experience

• Strong experience with Sage 50
• Accounts administration / bookkeeping background
• Experience with Shopify
• Familiarity with online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
• Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail

Desirable

• Trade (B2B) experience
• Drop-shipping or e-commerce operations experience
• Understanding of API-driven integrations

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00
