As the Group Environmental & Sustainability Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in setting the direction, building frameworks, and embedding best practice across major high-spec developments from inception to operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the Environmental and Sustainability strategy across all European projects
- Provide expert guidance on environmental performance, carbon reduction, circular economy, biodiversity, and climate resilience
- Engage with senior stakeholders, clients, contractors, and design teams to drive innovation and environmental excellence
- Develop group-wide governance, metrics, reporting, and ESG standards
- Ensure compliance with regional and EU-wide environmental regulations
- Mentor and grow the internal capability of the environmental and sustainability function
About You
- Must have proven experience in senior Environmental or Sustainability leadership roles, ideally within data centres, complex infrastructure, or high-tech environments
- Deep knowledge of EU environmental regulations, sustainable construction, and carbon/net zero frameworks
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience building and scaling environmental systems from the ground up
- Willingness to travel across European project locations as needed
