Twoscore Recruitment is a specialist Health & Safety search firm operating across the UK and internationally. We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us in Thame as we continue to grow.

Role Overview

You’ll run a full recruitment desk, working with existing clients while developing your own network in a defined specialist market. The role is structured, focused, and built around consistent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activity across client assignments
• Build long-term relationships within specialist Health & Safety markets
• Develop and maintain a steady, high-quality candidate pipeline
• Provide clear hiring advice backed by market knowledge
• Work to established processes, reporting standards, and agreed priorities
• Contribute ideas that support the development of our wider service offering
