About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Business Operations & Communications Advisor to work alongside our founder. This role is central to keeping the business running smoothly, improving internal processes, driving high‑quality documentation, owning our LinkedIn and social presence, and being the go‑to person for internal coordination and delivery support.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operations & Systems
    • Documenting and improving internal processes (templates, automations)
    • Managing CRM/database accuracy and compliance
  • Social Media & Brand
    • Managing our company LinkedIn and other platforms
    • Coordinating campaigns and internal comms
    • Ensuring consistency across messaging
  • People & Culture
    • Driving internal engagement: birthdays, milestones, social events, comms
    • Supporting training, onboarding, and performance tracking
  • Delivery Support
    • Formatting CVs, uploading job ads, and preparing client/candidate materials
    • Supporting recruitment consultants with coordination and compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in operations, office management, project coordination, or executive support
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Confident communicator, especially via email and LinkedIn
  • Tech‑literate and happy using tools like Canva, CRM systems, LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets
  • A team player who takes initiative and likes to bring new ideas to the table
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or small business environment is a bonus, not a must
