SHEQ Advisor Location: Scotland (Central Belt) Salary: £42,000 - £48,000 + Car/Allowance + Benefits About the Company: We're partnering with a leading infrastructure contractor with a strong presence across Scotland. Due to continued growth and an increasing workload across their project portfolio, they are looking to appoint an additional SHEQ Advisor to support operational teams across a network of projects throughout the Central Belt. The business delivers critical infrastructure works and has built a strong reputation for safety, quality and client delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, supporting site teams and operational management in driving high standards of SHEQ performance. The Key Responsibilities of the SHEQ Advisor: Provide SHEQ support and guidance across multiple live infrastructure projects Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities Support project teams with risk management, safe systems of work and compliance requirements Assist with incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are communicated across the business Review RAMS, construction phase plans and contractor documentation Support the ongoing development of the company's safety culture and behavioural programmes Build strong relationships with operational teams, clients and key stakeholders Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards The SHEQ Advisor will have: Experience in a Health
