We’re supporting a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of data centre projects across the UK, now looking to appoint an experienced HSE Lead. Genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role and grow with the business.
The role:
- Lead HSE delivery across multiple data centre projects nationally
- Work closely with project teams to embed consistent, high standards on site
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive a proactive safety culture
- Support the development of HSE systems, processes and reporting
- Mentor and guide site-based HSE Advisors
What we’re looking for:
- Strong HSE background within construction or mission-critical environments
- Data centre experience is required
- Comfortable operating across multiple sites and engaging at all levels
- Proven ability to influence, challenge and improve standards
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
