We’re working with a leading infrastructure contractor to appoint a SHE Advisor / Senior SHE Advisor on a major, long-term project. This is an excellent opportunity to move into a more senior, leadership-focused role on a complex heavy civils scheme. It would suit someone looking to step up or an experienced professional seeking greater ownership and responsibility.
In this role, you’ll take responsibility for SHE across a defined workstream, providing leadership, guidance, and support to the wider site team.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior HSE Advisor:
- Leading SHE delivery across your area of works
- Supporting and mentoring site advisors
- Driving a positive safety culture on site
- Engaging with operational teams and key stakeholders

The successful Senior HSE Advisor will have:
