Overview:
An exciting opportunity for a three multi-site Health and Safety Managers or Senior Advisors looking to take the lead of a geographical section. There is an array of interesting projects across Construction, Energy, Highways and Rail. This is an excellent opportunity with an employer that places a high value on employee engagement and management of own diary.
- Oversee and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits, ensuring implementation of corrective actions.
- Assess risk evaluations, method statements, and Work Package Plans to align with operational activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to safety advisors and contractors, ensuring accurate reporting and investigation of incidents.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma level qualification or working towards
- Experience in Senior HSE Advisory role or Managerial
- Infrastructure experience
- Strong understanding of ISO management systems
- Proven track record in leading safety audits, inspections, and investigations.
- Full UK driving license with flexibility to travel across a region, including very occasional night and weekend shifts.
