We're looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant who wants to learn how to do things the right way. We don't need academics, but we do need:
- Someone with energy.
- Someone competitive.
- Someone who wants to learn how to build relationships, win business and develop into a top level recruiter over time.
You'll work closely with experienced consultants and directors, gaining exposure to:
- Business development
- Client management
- Candidate sourcing and headhunting
- Commercial negotiations
- Global project recruitment
- Building a specialist market
