We are partnering with a long established, family owned construction business to recruit a Health & Safety Advisor across the North West. The Role
- Supporting site teams across active construction projects
- Conducting site inspections, audits and safety observations
- Assisting with RAMS reviews and incident investigations
- Promoting positive safety culture across operational teams
- Supporting training, toolbox talks and behavioural initiatives
- Building strong working relationships with site and project teams
What We’re Looking For
- Construction sector understanding or exposure
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Full UK driving licence
