An exciting opportunity for a multi-site Health and Safety Manager or Senior Advisor looking to take the lead in a geographical section. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and audits, ensuring implementation of corrective actions.
- Assess risk evaluations, method statements, and Work Package Plans to align with operational activities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to safety advisors and contractors, ensuring accurate reporting and investigation of incidents.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma level qualification or working towards.
- Experience in a Senior HSE Advisory role or Managerial position.
- Strong understanding of ISO management systems.
- Proven track record in leading safety audits, inspections, and investigations.
- Full UK driving license with flexibility to travel across a region, including very occasional night and weekend shifts.
