A Principal contractor in the construction space is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager to take ownership across multiple projects in the South East. This is a genuinely autonomous role where you will shape standards, influence leadership, and drive a proactive safety culture.
The Role
- Lead H&S across live construction sites in Kent, Sussex and Hampshire
- Act as the key advisor to senior leadership and project teams
- Embed a positive, behavioural safety culture across the business
- Conduct site inspections, audits and incident investigations
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with UK regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a construction H&S role
- Managerial or Senior Advisory experience
