This role is for a junior health and safety adviser setting out on a career in construction health and safety or with some limited experience. We are seeking someone with the ambition to develop into an all-round and competent health and safety consultant, capable of working with both low-risk Sub-Contractors and high-risk Principal Contractors. Continued professional development will be actively promoted and supported. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your health and safety career in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily (approx. 3 per day) site safety inspections of client’s projects.
- Reviewing risk assessments and method statements.
- Compile risk assessments and method statements.
- Advise clients on occupational health hazards and controls.
- Assist clients in completing industry accreditations and PQQ’s.
- Complete accident investigations.
- Respond to clients' requests for support and advice.
Desired:
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and motivated.
- Full UK Driving License.
