TwoScore Recruitment is a growing specialist HSEQ recruitment business working across infrastructure, construction, energy and data centres globally. We work with major projects, global clients and technically complex environments.

We’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant who wants to learn how to do things the right way. We don't need academics, but we do need someone with energy, someone competitive, and someone who wants to learn how to build relationships, win business and develop into a top level recruiter over time.

You’ll work closely with experienced consultants and directors, gaining exposure to:

  • Business development
  • Client management
  • Candidate sourcing and headhunting
  • Commercial negotiations
  • Global project recruitment
  • Building a specialist market

This is a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment where performance and attitude matter.
