About the Role: We’re supporting a leading principle construction contractor operating across the construction / build sector, who are looking to appoint an experienced HSEQ Manager to support live projects and drive high standards across health, safety, environment and quality. This is a hands‑on, site‑facing role suited to a confident HSEQ professional who can influence, challenge and support operational teams while embedding a strong culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading HSEQ delivery across the region
- Providing practical advice and guidance to project teams and supply chain
- Carrying out site inspections, audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and legislation
- Supporting the development and implementation of safe systems of work, particularly for high‑risk activities
- Investigating incidents and near misses, ensuring robust reporting and close‑out of actions
- Engaging with clients and meeting project‑specific HSEQ reporting requirements
- Coaching and supporting operational teams through training, briefings and day‑to‑day engagement
What we’re looking for:
