A Principal contractor in the construction space is looking to appoint a Health & Safety Manager to take ownership across multiple projects in the South East. This is a genuinely autonomous role where you will shape standards, influence leadership, and drive a proactive safety culture.

The Role

  • Lead H&S across live construction sites in Kent, Sussex and Hampshire
  • Act as the key advisor to senior leadership and project teams
  • Embed a positive, behavioural safety culture across the business
  • Conduct site inspections, audits and incident investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with UK regulations

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a construction H&S role
  • Managerial or Senior Advisory experience
