We are supporting a well-established and growing construction business in the appointment of an experienced HSEQ Manager to operate across a portfolio of projects nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with a strong leadership team and a genuine commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

The Role:

Reporting into the HSEQ Director, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSEQ systems across multiple live construction sites. You’ll work closely with operational teams to drive standards, ensure compliance, and embed a positive, proactive culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintain HSEQ management systems aligned to ISO standards
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across multiple projects
  • Support and review RAMS, ensuring safe systems of work are implemented
  • Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions
  • Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and training to site teams
  • Support environmental and quality processes including audits, ITPs, and compliance
  • Provide guidance and coaching to operational teams and supply chain

About You:

  • Previous HSEQ Management experience within construction
  • Strong knowledge of UK legislation including CDM Regulations
  • Experience working across multiple sites/projects
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage
  • NEBOSH qualified (Diploma desirable)
