HSE Advisor Location: West London Salary: Up to £55,000 + Package An opportunity has arisen for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering one of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects. This role will suit a proactive and engaging HSE professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment. Working closely with operational teams, subcontractors and project leadership, you will play a key role in driving a positive safety culture and ensuring high standards of health, safety and wellbeing are maintained throughout project delivery. Based on information from the role brief. The HSE Advisor key responsibilities: Support HSE performance across a major infrastructure project Conduct site inspections, audits and workplace tours Advise project teams and supply chain partners on HSE best practice and compliance Support the delivery of HSW KPIs and project objectives Assist with incident investigations, near misses and corrective actions Review risk management processes and identify opportunities for improvement Promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across site Engage with project teams, subcontractors and key stakeholders Support operational teams with the safe planning and delivery of works Produce reports and monitor project HSE performance The HSE Advisor will have: NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualification TechIOSH, GradIOSH or working towards professional membership Experience within civil engineering, infrastructure, rail or major construction projects Strong auditing, inspection and incident investigation experience Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience influencing site teams and driving positive behavioural change A proactive and solutions-focused approach to health and safety
